Coytes Bed and Sofa Shop, on Derby Road, has been offering discounted prices on a large selection of furniture manufactured in the UK, and says “there’s never been a better time to buy British and save”.
The family business, which has been operating since 1973, has knocked 10 per cent off all British-made products in store. That includes beds, wardrobes, sofas, tables and chairs.
The team certainly pulled out all the stops for their video advertising the campaign!
Hannah from Coytes told the Echo that “it’s more important than ever to be supporting British manufacturers of furniture”.
The store has worked with Yorkshire-based supplier of beds Healthbeds – a five-generation family business that has been trading since 1863 – for over 40 years.
There are also some incredible design-led sofa manufacturers out there, our main three being Alston’s, which are made in Colchester, Buoyant Upholstery in Lancashire, and West Midlands Upholstery made in Tipton, just down the road.
