Reece, who joined in April after a career with Marley Roof Tiles, has known Managing Director Kit for more than a decade and was drawn to the challenge of helping build a growing business from the ground up.
His role covers after-sales support, installations, deliveries, and accessories, all designed to make the customer journey as smooth as possible.
