YMCA Burton is delighted to be one of new East Staffordshire Mayor Monica Holton’s chosen charities that she will be supporting during her year in office.
Monica worked for us for a number of years. She was a diligent and passionate worker, supporting hundreds of young people during her time with us.
Over her 12 years of employment with the charity, she rose to the top of our housing service and was promoted to Housing Manager before she left us. She went on to establish her own charity and a very successful business.
Monica is a force to be reckoned with and we have no doubt her impact as Mayor will be tremendous during the next 12 months.
We are all thrilled with Monica’s accomplishments, and wish her every success with her husband Mike in her year as Mayor. We thank her for choosing YMCA Burton as one of her four chosen charities.
