Trent & Dove Launches Customer Voice Group

Trent & Dove has launched its new improvement initiative designed to give customers a voice to shape their futures.

East Staffordshire social housing provider, Trent & Dove has introduced a new initiative, the Customer Voice Group, which invites customers to have their say in how it can improve its wide range of services. The not-for-profit seeks to hear about its residents’ experiences with its services, ranging from investing in their homes and managing repairs promptly to supporting them in sustaining their tenancy and ensuring they have the means to live comfortable lives.

Dedicated to keeping its customers’ best interests at the centre of everything it does, Trent & Dove residents recently had the opportunity to redraft its anti-social behaviour policy, further giving them a voice for change.

Now the social housing provider has launched its Customer Voice Group and is asking its customers to sign up to take part in activities that can include completing online or paper surveys; attending focus groups and themed workshops at convenient times; mystery shopping; testing new technologies and tools before launch; and supporting decision-making.

Rachael Hughes, Head of Customer and Communities at Trend & Dove, said: “Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, so it is vital their voices help shape the services they rely on every day.

“By listening to and acting on their feedback, we can make sure Trent & Dove continues to support people to live comfortably and securely in their homes.”

The Customer Voice Group will benefit from gaining experience in customer feedback and using digital tools, as well as the chance to influence positive change at Trent & Dove.

Customers who are interested in signing up and providing their feedback should visit the webpage or call 01283 528528 by 12pm on Friday 13th February. Please note that participants must be Trent & Dove customers.
