It was a night of celebration for Essential Recruitment and Professional on Saturday, as colleagues from across the company came together for their annual Awards Evening. The event marked another successful year of growth and achievement for the business and offered a chance to recognise the hard work and dedication of its teams.
The evening, filled with good food, laughter, and dancing late into the night, saw staff from all branches gather to applaud individual and collective accomplishments.
The Burton office, based at Bretby Business Park, had particular cause for celebration after receiving a Special Recognition Award for its record-breaking year, the most successful in the branch’s 12-year history. The team is led by Branch Manager Tori Oliver-Willey, supported by consultants Sam Swinfield, Emily Holland, and Will Haselgrove, whose commitment and teamwork have been key to their success.
Two Burton-based team members were also recognised for their wider contributions across the company. Charlie Baker, Senior Consultant for the Permanent Division, and Andrea Tantrum, Senior Business Development Manager, both received Special Recognition Awards for their outstanding efforts and impact in regional roles.
Outside of their day-to-day work, Charlie and Andrea are also active members of the business ‘Monday Club’ at the Brewhouse, helping to strengthen community and business connections in the area.
With awards, applause, and plenty to celebrate, the annual event proved a fitting tribute to the hard work and success that define Essential Recruitment and Professional. It was a reminder of the talent and teamwork that continue to drive the company forward year after year.
