From humble beginnings to a thriving team of 21 across three offices, Sales Director Jonathan Dunn reflects on a decade of success.
Technology company Mint Technology marked a significant milestone in September, celebrating 10 years of business with a special event at the Black Country Living Museum.
Sales Director Jonathan Dunn, who co-founded the company alongside Damon Smith, described the journey as “an incredible rollercoaster of challenges, growth, and plenty of laughs along the way.”
If you’d told me 10 years ago that Damon and I would have the privilege of leading a fantastic team of 21 across three offices, I’d never have believed you.
Mint Technology specialises in solving technology and telecoms problems for businesses, offering comprehensive services including unified communications, voice and mobile solutions, IT support, data connectivity, cybersecurity, and energy procurement. With more than three decades of combined industry expertise, the company has built a reputation for delivering tailored solutions that align with clients’ specific needs.
From the outset, Mint Technology set out to do things differently, putting people, relationships, and service at the heart of everything they do. Over the past decade, the company has navigated huge changes in technology, built long-lasting partnerships with clients across multiple sectors, and expanded to three offices in Brierley Hill, Aylesbury, and Swadlincote.
Dunn was quick to acknowledge the support that made the milestone possible: “None of this would have been possible without our families and friends for backing us through the ups and downs, our amazing staff who’ve worked so hard and shaped the business into what it is today, and most importantly, our loyal customers. Thank you for trusting us, challenging us, and growing with us.”
Their celebration at the Black Country Living Museum brought together staff, customers, and partners to mark the occasion. The event was organised by team member Joanne S., with video content captured by Two Krakens, Content First Agency.
