Locals will next Sunday (9 August) be able to help raise funds for the much-loved Derek’s Tree charity, which every year collects presents to deliver to children at Christmas in and around Burton.
Riverside Miniature Railway, based on Meadow Road, DE14 1TD, is hosting an event from 10am-4pm, which will include food and drink, train rides, face painting, a tombola and more.
Organisers have stressed that all are welcome, and have encouraged anyone with a classic car, van or lorry who would like to exhibit at the event to get in touch.
